We’re a Japanese family who moved to Celina, Texas in 2024, embracing a new adventure and bringing a taste of our heritage with us.

Lina’s Bakery is named after our beloved daughter, who inspires us every day to try new things and share a bit of happiness with our community.

Our mission is simple: to create special treats that blend Japanese tradition with a Texas twist.

Every item is made with care, using quality ingredients and recipes passed down in our family.

We believe that food is more than just something you eat—it’s a way to connect, to create memories, and to celebrate every little moment in life.

Our first product, the Texas Financier (Matcha Flavor), is a gluten-free treat shaped like the Lone Star State, made with rice flour and organic Japanese matcha. It’s a delicious symbol of our new journey and the love we have for both Texas and Japan.
